Membership terms and conditions:

Tiger-Certified is an Internet service business and sub-entity of a licensed Private Investigation agency. Tiger-Certified is 0wned by Tiger Investigations and is licensed by the State of Florida and insured as required by Florida Statute. By subscribing to Tiger-Certified, you and your business understand and acknowledge that we are not an insurer or guarantor. The information provided is not to be considered a “legal opinion” or “legal advice”. While we have a licensed attorney on staff, the information provided to our subscribers is provided as information and the use of that information is at the sole discretion of the subscriber. We expressly deny and liability or damages of any kind or type as a result of your use or failure to use the information we supply.

Your subscription to Tiger-Certified is conditioned on:

1. Timely payment of your subscription plan.

2. Compliance with the terms and conditions here in specified.

3. Continuing good business practices and customer service.

4. Response to our or a clients notices within 24 hours of receipt.

5. Compliance with the outcome of any arbitration conducted by Tiger-Certified on behalf of you or your customers.

You agree that if for any reason, you are terminated or suspended as a subscriber to Tiger-Certified, that you will immediately remove our logo and any reference to being a member of Tiger-Certified. Failure to do so may be considered a breech of copyright law and/or theft of services and subject to civil or criminal action by Tiger-Certified.

For as long as you are a subscriber in good standing, your site will remain listed on our site and advertising (subject to your level of membership) and will be included in our promotional efforts. Likewise, Internet businesses who, subject to our receipt of substianted complaints and confirming investigation, whether members or not, may be listed on our site as being less than reliable or posing a high risk in doing business.

By your subscription to Tiger-Certified, you also agree to the terms and conditions included in our APPLICATION FORM. You CERTIFY and SWEAR to the truthfulness of all information supplied to us in your application for membership and acknowledge that the information is subject to our verification.

FLOW and PROCEEDURES:

As soon as we receive your complete application and your non-refundable application fee, you will be supplied an acknowledgement and access to the site logo and link for posting on your web site. You are authorized to immediately begin using this pending the completion of our investigation. This investigation generally takes 3 to 5 days. On completion of the investigation you will be notified of your acceptance or decline of subscription. If you are declined, you will be noticed of the reasons and provided an opportunity to remediate any problem and resubmit your application or to provide us an explanation for the problem discovered. On acceptance, your subscription payment will be immediately due and payable. For your convenience we are able to accept credit cards and PayPal payments. Recurring payments are generally billed and collected by PayPal.

VENUE:

Any disputes arising out of this Agreement, your subscription, or services to our or your clients, shall be deemed to have taken place in Volusia County, Florida which shall be the point of legal venue.

NOTICE:

Legal notice shall be delivered to Tiger-Certified via our Resident Agent, Mr. Jim Davis at 879 N.Volusia Ave. Su. D in Orange City, Florida 32763. Contact may also be made via E-mail to: spyguy@tigerinvestigations.com or the telephone numbers published on our site.

Legal notice to a SUBSCRIBER shall deemed delivered when sent to the address supplied by the subscriber in their application which shall become a part of this agreement by reference.
