Your iinfomation is NEVER sshared outside of our staff without your specefic instructions. In fact, Florida law makes it a crime for us to disclose any of our work product fom our clients. This form will be communicated via a secure link or may be printed and mailed or faxed.

When we finish your review we will provide a report to you siting any problems or concerns and wwill assist you in correcting these items.

USER AGREEMENT:

I, herewith make application for site certification, as outlined here-in, and request the package, said certification coming from TIGER-CERTIFIED.ORG in Volusia County, Florida, USA. I authorize Tiger Investigations to conduct a business practices investigation in support of my subscription to Tiger-Certified. I understand that all information discovered or provided will be held in strict confidence pursuant to FS 493 and shall be used only for determination of my business suitability for site certification the benefits thereof. I understand that, if for some reason my business or I is not accepted, that my application and all related information with be either destroyed or returned to me.

I understand that if I am accepted that the information supplied or discovered may be retained by Tiger Investigations for as long as our contract remains in force plus 6 months and that the information may be used by Tiger to assist in serving our customers and clients in maintaining a satisfactory relationship.

I agree to hold harmless, Tiger, its staff and investigators, for any harm or damages of any kind when such action are performed in good faith and in the normal conduct of our business.

Any disputes shall be deemed to have taken place in Volusia County, Florida that shall be the venue for any disputes.

If your customers contact us with a problem, we will notify you within 24 hours with what we know. You must respond to your customer and us within 24 hours with “CC” to us regarding any resolutions. You set your refund policy and must provide that information to us in writing. Time is of the essence.
