However, our staff, via their experience, are in a position to share that experience and skills and can assist you with preparation and recommendations for legal counsel when needed. Our
investigative license limits us to taking new cases and clients
from within the State of Florida. However, our work has no boundaries.

Davis, MA, PA, serves as our technical investigator. Jim’s background includes certification in Police and Fire and includes decades of experience in fire/arson cause and origin, technical tactical investigations, covert electronics and computer fraud, and expertise in electronics and communications. He is a member of S.E.T.I.A., Radio Club of America, N.A.B.E.R., FACAP, Society of Christian Investigators, National Association of Investigative Specialists and other Professional organizations.Mr. Davis has be certified as an expert witness in Federal and Circuit courts in multiple disciplines. Terry Hopkins retired in 1999 after a 21 year career with the U.S. Treasury Department, Bureau of ATF. He spent 10 years assigned to the Bureau's National Response Team (NRT) as a Certified Fire Investigator (CFI) and explosives blast scene investigator. Terry also has experience in VIP government protection, visual and mobile surveillance, background investigations and investigation of fraud and interstate theft. Terry is our laison and cosultant to government agencies. Dr. Phillip Kincaid, BA, MA, PhD retired administrative assistant of the Daytona Beach police dept and the Volusia County sheriff's office. He is a certified, licensed investigator, he has an MBA from Rollins College, Winter Park Florida. He is the senior investigator in the Tiger group. He has served and is a certified mitigation consultant in capital cases and has served as an instructor and department head in a university setting and fills this role at Tiger Investigations. Robert C. Anderson brings over 20 years experience in aviation forensics with the Federal Aviation Administration, recently retiring to do similar work in the private sector.If it flies, Bob knows about it! He holds a BA in Aeronautical Engineering from Emery Riddle College in Daytona, Florida and has been part of the Tiger staff for over 8 years. His specialty is research and matters relating to civil air travel and case support of the legal community. Daniel Vaughn, Esq. Consulting Counsel. Member of the Florida Bar Association and the US Supreme Court. Dan is currently an instructor of law and internet law at University of Central Florida. He brings over 25 years of legal practice as a resource to the Tiger group. Rebecca Brown licensed investigative intern. Rebecca has a BA and MA in Psychology from Rollins College, Winter Park, Florida. She owned and operated RC Consulting SVC in Orlando. Rebecca has expertise in interview techniques and detection of deception. She is the webmaster of the group. Nena Jones as an investigator intern is being exposed to a variety of tasks. She comes to us with an AA in Criminal Justice and is currently enrolled in Kaplan University obtaining her BA in Paralegal Studies. Nena is currently spending time in the State of New York in anticipation of becoming prepared to open and manage a Tiger office in that state..
